Spicy Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients
1 lb Brussel Sprouts
1/2 lb bacon
6 Tbsp Gochujang
2 Tbsp Bachan’s Japanese Barbecue Sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Partially, cook the bacon - get it about 60% done as it will be going in the oven
While the bacon is cooking, wash and halve the Brussel sprouts
In a bowl, mix the 3 Tbsp Gochujang and 1 Tbsp Barbecue sauce together - adjust to your liking.
Add half the Brussel Sprouts to the bowl and mix with the sauce.
On a large baking pan, place the Brussel Sprouts mixture.
Repeat steps 3-5 with the remaining Brussel Sprouts.
When the bacon is finished, place it on a cutting board and chop it into bits. Keep some of the grease.
Spread bacon (and grease) on top of the baking pan
Bake for 40 mins.
