Salmon with Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • Salmon

  • Butter

  • Salt

  • Cilantro

  • 2 mangos, cut in small cubes

  • bunch of cilantro, finely chopped

  • 1 bell pepper, diced

  • 1 cup sweet Corn

  • 1/2 red onion, chopped

  • 1/2 lime

  • Rice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 380 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. Warm the butter into liquid.

  3. On a pan, baste the salmon with butter.

  4. Sprinkle cilantro and salt on the salmon.

  5. Bake for 10 mins.

  6. While baking, make the mango salsa by combining the mangos, chopped cilantro, bell pepper, corn, red onion, and the juice from 1/2 a lime. Add salt to taste.

  7. Pair with rice
