Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Panko

  • Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. First coat chicken in plain Greek yogurt on both sides.

  3. Mix the Panko, Parmesan cheese, and yeast together in a separate bowl.

  4. Coat the yogurt covered chicken in the dry mixture.

  5. Place the chicken on a pan and cook for 20 mins.
