Italian Sausage Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb Italian Sausage (1 lb regular and 1/2 lb hot)

  • 1 whole onion, chopped

  • 4 cups beef broth

  • 1 /12 cup water

  • 12 ounce can tomato sauce

  • 3 cup carrots, sliced

  • 2 1/2 cups yellow squash, diced

  • 2 bell peppers, diced

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

  • 8 ounces cheese ravioli, cut into halves

Instructions

  1. Brown sausage and drain.

  2. In a pot, add the drain sausage, onion, beef broth, tomato sauce, carrots, squash, bell peppers, oregano, and basil.

  3. Cook for the 30 mins

  4. Add the ravioli and cook for 30 mins.

  5. Serve with parmesan on top of soup.
