Homemade Noodles

Ingredients

  • 6 egg yolks

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 2 Tbsp cold water

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 Tbsp cream or vegetable oil

  • 4 cups sifted flour

  • ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Excluding the flour and baking powder, beat all the ingredients together

  2. When mixed well, add flour and baking powder to make a stiff dough.

  3. Divide into 5-6 balls.

  4. Roll each into desired thickness.

  5. Fold the dough and slice it into any width you prefer.

  6. Leave on a floured board overnight to dry.

  7. After covering with a clean dish towel, pack into glass jars or plastic bags and store in a deep freezer.
