Chicken Curry Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 small packages of frozen peas

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chunks

  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 ¼ tsp curry powder

  • Mushrooms

  • ½ cup sharp shredded cheese

  • Croutons

  • Chinese Noodles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven at 350˚ F

  2. Cook peas for 1 or 2 minutes.

  3. Put in a casserole dish.

  4. Add chicken.

  5. Combine soup, mayonnaise, mushrooms, and curry in a separate bowl.

  6. Mix and put over the chicken.

  7. Add a layer of cheese.

  8. Add a layer of croutons.

  9. Bake for 25 minutes at 350˚ F.

  10. Sever over Chinese noodles

Tips

For croutons, toss 1 ½ cup small bread cubes over heat in 3 Tbsp of melted butter until brown.
