Chicken Curry Casserole
Ingredients
2 small packages of frozen peas
2 cups cooked chicken, chunks
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 ¼ tsp curry powder
Mushrooms
½ cup sharp shredded cheese
Croutons
Chinese Noodles
Instructions
Preheat your oven at 350˚ F
Cook peas for 1 or 2 minutes.
Put in a casserole dish.
Add chicken.
Combine soup, mayonnaise, mushrooms, and curry in a separate bowl.
Mix and put over the chicken.
Add a layer of cheese.
Add a layer of croutons.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350˚ F.
Sever over Chinese noodles
Tips
For croutons, toss 1 ½ cup small bread cubes over heat in 3 Tbsp of melted butter until brown.
