Wild Rice Salad
Ingredients
3 cups cooked wild rice
½ cup craisin
1 small can sliced water chestnuts
½ lb fresh mushroom, sliced
2 ribs celery, diced
1 bunch green onion, diced.
1 red pepper, diced fine.
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped.
¼ cup grated carrot
½ cup or more Marzetti’s Raspberry dressing.
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
Instructions
Combine all salad ingredients. Mix well
Add dressing until just coated.
Stir in vinegar.
Cover and chill for 1 hour.
Stir before serving. Add more dressing if needed.
