Steak Tips au gratin

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chuck or ribeye cut into small cubes

  • 1 medium onion slivered

  • 1 head of garlic cloves halved

  • 1/3 package cream cheese

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown together onion and garlic.

  2. Add meat until cooked to desired doneness

  3. Melt in cream cheese
