Peach Crumb Pie
Ingredients
Pie Filling
2 1/2 Tbsp Tapioca
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
4 cup sliced fresh peaches
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Topping
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 1/2 Tbsp soft butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Mix pie filling ingredients and let stand for 5 mins.
Spoon into 9 inch, unbaked pie shell.
Mix topping with a fork until the size of peas.
Sprinkle with topping and bake for 15 mins.
Turn heat down to 350 F and bake for 30-35 mins.
