Peach Crumb Pie

Ingredients

Pie Filling

  • 2 1/2 Tbsp Tapioca

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 4 cup sliced fresh peaches

  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Topping

  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup flour

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 1/2 Tbsp soft butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.

  2. Mix pie filling ingredients and let stand for 5 mins.

  3. Spoon into 9 inch, unbaked pie shell.

  4. Mix topping with a fork until the size of peas.

  5. Sprinkle with topping and bake for 15 mins.

  6. Turn heat down to 350 F and bake for 30-35 mins.
