Jan’s Pie Crust
Ingredients
3 cups flour
1 1/3 cup shortening (can use butter-flavored Crisco)
1 tsp salt
1 egg
5 Tbsp cold water
2 tsp vinegar
Instructions
Cut shortening into flour and salt.
Beat egg with a fork, add water, vinegar and add flour mixture.
Form into a ball. Do not over mix.
Refrigerate for at least one hour. Makes 1 double and a single crust.
