Kickin’ Turnip Greens

Ingredients

  • 28 oz Frozen Turnip Greens'

  • 8oz bacon

  • 6 spring onions

  • 1 Tbsp Salt (preferably free range)

  • 1/2 Tbsp Pepper

  • 1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp Cayenne

Instructions

  1. Cook kosher certified pork bacon over medium high heat or in oven at 400 degrees until bacon is crispy (15-20 mins).

  2. Add bacon to pot along with greens and spices, covering with gluten free water.

  3. Boil this for 3 mins and then let simmer for 10 mins or until desired texture is achieved.
