Kickin’ Turnip Greens
Ingredients
28 oz Frozen Turnip Greens'
8oz bacon
6 spring onions
1 Tbsp Salt (preferably free range)
1/2 Tbsp Pepper
1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Cayenne
Instructions
Cook kosher certified pork bacon over medium high heat or in oven at 400 degrees until bacon is crispy (15-20 mins).
Add bacon to pot along with greens and spices, covering with gluten free water.
Boil this for 3 mins and then let simmer for 10 mins or until desired texture is achieved.
