Best White Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter (softened)
3/4 cup light brown sugar packed
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 (12 oz) package of white chocolate chips (substitute semi-sweet chocolate chips to make chocolate chip cookies)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt into a small bowl.
Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixer bowl until creamy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Gradually beat in flour mixture.
Stir in white chocolate chips.
Drop tablespoon-sized amount onto un-greased baking sheets (I use a small cookie scoop to help make it easier)
Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown
Cool on baking sheets for two minutes before removing and placing on wire racks to cool.
