Toasted Pecan Brown Butter Bites
Ingredients
1 Stick Salted butter, browned
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
2 Tablespoons Almond Butter or Nut Butter of Choice
2 Tablespoons Powdered Sweetener
1/4 teaspoon-ish vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
2 Tablespoons chopped toasted pecans
Instructions
In a small saucepan, brown the butter over medium heat until golden and nutty- smelling (about 5 minutes).
Remove from heat and whisk in almond butter, coconut oil, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into silicone molds.
Freeze for 30-45 minutes until firm.
Store in freezer. Eat cold or slightly softened!
