Toasted Pecan Brown Butter Bites
Ingredients
- 1 Stick Salted butter, browned 
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil 
- 2 Tablespoons Almond Butter or Nut Butter of Choice 
- 2 Tablespoons Powdered Sweetener 
- 1/4 teaspoon-ish vanilla extract 
- Pinch of salt 
- 2 Tablespoons chopped toasted pecans 
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, brown the butter over medium heat until golden and nutty- smelling (about 5 minutes). 
- Remove from heat and whisk in almond butter, coconut oil, sweetener, vanilla, and salt. 
- Stir in pecans. 
- Pour into silicone molds. 
- Freeze for 30-45 minutes until firm. 
- Store in freezer. Eat cold or slightly softened!
