Toasted Pecan Brown Butter Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 Stick Salted butter, browned

  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil

  • 2 Tablespoons Almond Butter or Nut Butter of Choice

  • 2 Tablespoons Powdered Sweetener

  • 1/4 teaspoon-ish vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • 2 Tablespoons chopped toasted pecans

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, brown the butter over medium heat until golden and nutty- smelling (about 5 minutes).

  2. Remove from heat and whisk in almond butter, coconut oil, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.

  3. Stir in pecans.

  4. Pour into silicone molds.

  5. Freeze for 30-45 minutes until firm.

  6. Store in freezer. Eat cold or slightly softened!
