Sausage Brunch Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 package froze hash browns

  • 1 lb sausage and/or 1/2 lb bacon, cooked and drained

  • 2 1/2 slices bread (cut in 1/2” cubes)

  • 5 oz cheddar cheese

  • 6 eggs

  • 2 cups milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F

  2. Butter an 8x12 baking dish

  3. Put hash browns and bread on bottom.

  4. Spread the meat and cheese over the hash brown-bread mixture.

  5. In a mixing bowl, blend eggs, milt, salt, pepper, and dry mustard.

  6. Pour over top of the contents of the baking dish.

  7. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
