Sausage Brunch Casserole
Ingredients
1 package froze hash browns
1 lb sausage and/or 1/2 lb bacon, cooked and drained
2 1/2 slices bread (cut in 1/2” cubes)
5 oz cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F
Butter an 8x12 baking dish
Put hash browns and bread on bottom.
Spread the meat and cheese over the hash brown-bread mixture.
In a mixing bowl, blend eggs, milt, salt, pepper, and dry mustard.
Pour over top of the contents of the baking dish.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
