Lemon Bars
Ingredients
2 cup flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter
2 cup sugar
4 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
6 Tbsp lemon juice (use fresh)
4 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 Tbsp lemon zest
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Mix the 2 cups flour, powdered sugar, and butter well.
Press mixture into a 9x13 pan and bake for 20 mins.
Mix the remaining ingredients together.
Pour on top of the layer just baked.
Bake combined mixture for 25 mins.
When done and slightly cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
