Fresh Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup basil, chopped

  • 1/4 cup toasted pistachios, chopped (can use pine nuts)

  • 1 Tablespoon EVOO

  • 1 Tablespoon of grated parmesan

  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients together.

  2. Add parmesan and salt to taste.

  3. Service over vegetables or as an easy dip!
